Data processing is carried out based on the following legal grounds:

1. Fulfillment of association statutes (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR): For the administration of membership and the organization of association operations.

3. Legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR): To ensure IT security and to inform our members about association activities.

A transfer of your data to third parties only occurs if it is necessary to fulfill our tasks, for example:

• To umbrella organizations (e.g., sports associations for competition registration).
• To banking institutions (for the collection of membership fees).
